Our 10-oz Grade A Select, custom-cut ribeyes (fresh, never frozen) are from Charlie’s Meat Market and they bathe in Kristin’s own secret marinade until they are grilled to perfection. The $14.99 steak dinner comes with sides of slaw, Texas toast, and french fries. Add 1/2 dozen fried shrimp for only $5.99 …. our ‘Surf and Turf.’ Still hungry? We’ve got cheesecake, chocolate satin pie, and key lime pie for only $2.99. Or, your choice of 12 different fried pies, for $1.99.
For the lil’ tykes, we offer a kid’s meal for only $5.99. They receive a 2-piece chicken strip dinner with french fries and applesauce.
When we started Steak Night nearly 15 years ago with our lone banjo-picker Tony Butler, we would say folks came for the steaks and enjoyed the music. Through the years, more and more musicians started coming and now we regularly have 8-10 including a stand-up bass or two, a fiddle, guitars, mandolin, harmonicas, and more. Now it feels more like people are coming for the music and enjoying the steaks!
